These walls are just provoking so many thoughts in the head!
My interpretation: Blue is for the ocean, and red is for blood. Now we will consider ocean as the blood of the earth (blue), and red is human blood-and somehow, without making any actual effort, the colour of human blood dominates over the colour of earth's blood. And because, the wall has been peeled off, it makes me think that this whole which-colour-dominates-over-which is a secret. But it's not really that hidden, because all a person ever needed to do was peel the wall.
