This is not fair! I'm here in hot-humid Milano without a pool for myself! :)

Simple elegance with the colours and use of soft focus at the top compared with the sharp lines at the bottom.

the soft focus effect was created by the proximity of the water surface from beneath .

thank you .

Superbe!

merci :)

Ah, so you have a way to take your camera into the water! =D

This is very exciting to see. I have taken a number of photographs of pools and I enjoy the richness of water, color and light interacting, but this image has some qualities that I haven't seen. There is a very nice bending and blending of images in the cloud-like area. It is as if above and below are being harmonized and brought into a more complex relation to one another. And the wonderful blues of the pool over that tiled floor ... such a cool and crisp contrast to the hazy warmth above.

Well seen and well captured, Hanan!

i did not tell you ? i got an underwater one !

i found out that once inside the pool , everything looked sharp. it's the outside that looked blurry , if i managed to catch it .

yes i do like the cloudy area the best , the very thin surface of the water i think .

thanks Frank
